I started out as a copywriting intern and I quickly grew up to other roles in the company. This job gave me a creative field to develop my marketing and writing skills, but it also gave me the unique opportunity to branch out into Recruitment and HR. My main responsibilities were:- Writing copy for the company's website and social media- Creating Facebook visuals and copy- Creating email marketing campaigns- Organizing classes' syllabuses- Direct communication with clients- Creating a network of freelance copywriters on Upwork- Overlooking and editing said freelancers' work- Actively recruiting teachers with different specifications in an international setting- Writing and posting job offers in relative job search platforms for passive recruitment- Preparing contracts and additional hiring documents

This was the position that helped me get a better understanding of the tourism and aviation industry. As a part-time job it mainly contributed to developing my working ethic and it taught me valuable workplace skills.My main responsibilities were:- Assisting passengers with check-in services.- Inspecting and verifying passengers' documentation.- Issuing boarding passes - Helping passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations.- Managing passengers' baggage and handling fee calculation and application if applicable.- Assisting passengers as needed through arrival and check-in processes including support forpassengers with specific requirements such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIP passengers, and passengers with special needs.- Directing passengers through Customs, Immigration, and quarantine specifications as required.- Complying with all EU legislation, airport authority, and carrier security requirements.- Producing work-related documentation when required.- Maintaining the highest standards of safety and security at all times.

Working with SLR gave me great insight on the German client and it helped me practice my speaking skills. It also helped me develop some key work skills such as time management, work ethic and teamwork. My main responsibilities in this position were:- Greeting tourists at the airport- Providing them with important information regarding their holiday-Pitching informational meetings and future excursions with the company- Organizing transfers to and from hotels- Assisting clients affected by delayed and canceled flights
