I've been in startups and scaled up, and I would say what excites me the most is the time spent juggling all the balls to deliver end-to-end solutions.With all these experiences, I believe that, as an agency designer, design is to solve problems. As an in-house designer, design is a relationship. Design is like a key to me facing a vast puzzle, and proposing tailored solutions with strategies for the pain points is my nature.Taking ownership and perfectionism are strong characteristics; I often need to remind myself to chill out. My best days include having a pleasant online or offline chat, stressing out together and hitting the goal with someone you trust, and hearing courageous people giving constructive feedback—an extra 10 points with a cappa matcha latte in all scenarios.
