-SenseCore AI Cloud go-to-market strategy-Product position, USPs-End-to-end marketing campaign planning and execution-Vice President keynote preparation

• Lead to make the comprehensive marketing integration plan for the Greater China Region of Microsoft Dynamics365 and Power Platform.• Work closely with the commercial sales team to share campaign analytics & key insights, and collaborate on marketing initiatives for generating new business opportunities across different channels.• Raise the local market's awareness for our products, increase audience engagement from the Official Wechat Platform (Microsoft Dynamics365) . Manage website and responsible for Baidu SEM promotion• In charge of all webinars, with an average of 1000 + registrations, 500 + online• Owned beginning-to-end content creation from ideal to final production across all digital platforms and ensured consistency in branding, format, style• Work closely with product subsidiary across teams, supervising make white papers, videos to integrate related industry solutions• Build Developer Community for two products and hold regular technical training courses for developers, lead and plan the first Power Platform Hackathon.

• Drive demand generation performance for Modern Workplace solution and execution of the Area Marketing plan for the related focus area, through integrated local marketing programs that shape audience perceptions• Assist manager analysis MEI (Marketing Engagement Index) across all marketing channels by using power BI, enable tracking and finding qualified leads

• Identify and work with the highest potential startups across different industries with AI, big data, blockchain, and 5G technology. • Work closely with many of the hottest startups to ensure they are successfully engaging with the MS Cloud service.• Responsible for marketing communication and PR works of Microsoft for Startups, handling media relations, brand promotion and cooperation activities such as Demo Day, Open Day, VC meeting, etc.• Assist the CEO, CTO to complete part of daily works and wrote the English reports to the US headquarters• Operate an official public social platform independently and has published over 50+ news tweets
