Yoel is an experienced growth and expansion advisor at Hatch Studio, a strategic design consultancy focused on promoting responsible growth. He also teaches as a Creativity & Innovation Lecturer and coach at ESADE.With over 20 years of experience, Yoel specializes in strategic business projects that emphasize user-centered innovation in new products and services. He has held leadership positions as Director and Partner at Insitum in Brazil and Spain, where he guided clients across various industries—including financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, technology, and pharmaceuticals—in understanding user needs, identifying innovation opportunities, and developing life-centric products and services. His work has included collaborations with notable companies such as Itaú, Natura, Bayer, Google, Pinterest, BBVA, and Meta.In recent years, Yoel has been instrumental in managing and executing growth expansion strategies, first as a member of the Insitum board of directors and now at Hatch Studio.He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). He is also certified by MIT in Designing and Building Products and Services, and is a certified Practitioner from the Institute for the Future (IFTF).
