We are a take away and delivery empanadas business.
We are born to claim our traditional recipes, those of the Mediterranean Sea but in a different format: the empanada. We want to mimar (pamper) our food, our recipes and our tradition. Mimar our families, friends and neighbours, and mimar ourselves a little bit.
Empanadas have accompanied us throughout the centuries throughout the Mediterranean. An infinite variety of recipes and shapes!
We want to challenge the way we devour the dishes of a lifetime, how we share our food, how we live our moments together: great recipes, in one bite and to share.
*MiMar means to pamper in Spanish, but also means MySea, my Mediterranean sea.
