Beginning my career in technology assessment and intellectual property management, I gained invaluable skills and experience in the corporate environment. However, my passion for holistic health and wellness drew me towards the practice of yoga, where I found my true calling. Through extensive experience teaching a variety of yoga styles, I am committed to promoting mindfulness, breathwork, and alignment to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. My expertise in injury prevention and recovery, as well as stress reduction techniques, allows me to provide personalized yoga instruction for clients of all ages and fitness levels. With a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and history, I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all my clients. I have fostered strong relationships with clients and am continually seeking new ways to deepen my knowledge and skills in yoga and related fields.
