Midlothian Campus

Teaching Introduction to Hatha Yoga (KINE1148-41) and Intermediate Hatha Yoga (KINE1149-41) for the Midlothian Campus of Navarro College for both Fall & Spring Semesters. These classes are offered to the students as Kinesiology credits for their degree plans. Yoga classes are held at Crescent Yoga Studio in Midlothian on T/Th from 11am-12:20pm.

Keep Midlothian Beautiful was a division of the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce and an affiliate of Keep Texas Beautiful. We were a 501)c)3 nonprofit organization that relies entirely on volunteers. KMB serves as a coordinating body for community litter reduction, beautification, and recycling efforts. Within these categories we focus on projects like Adopt-a-Street Program, Adopt-a-Park Program, TrashOff Events, CleanUp Days (Spring & Fall), Electronics Recycling, and the Quarterly Beautification Awards. Started a monthly yoga program for all levels of practice at the CHRC and taught 4 classes a week for 5 years. Also started a Senior Yoga Class at the Senior Center and taught 2 chair yoga classes per week there until opening a new yoga studio in Midlothian, TX - Crescent Yoga Studio & Boutique. Currently still provide stress relief yoga classes for the City of Cedar Hill employees thru their Human Resources Wellness Program.

Started out teaching 5 yoga classes a week at the YMCA & also taught a SilverSneakers - Yoga Stretch class for seniors.
