Team Leader for the PMA project for implementation of DDUGJY & IPDS Schemes at Ajmer Discom Project Co-ordination: Led the team of 24 resources spread across Discom (12 circles-11 districts) based at Discom HQ including coordination with Senior Management, REC/PFC, etc. Project Initiation: Review of the policy documents, DPRs, SOW-specifications, work orders, Quality Assurance guidelines, work schedules, financial BOQs, drawings & SLDs review and approval of multiple contractors / works under scheme domain. Construction Supervision: Assisted finalization of works-schedules of multiple contractors in coordination with Discom officials and monitored the construction supervision through teams at field level as per project timelines including material supply of the contractors for sub-transmission and distribution works such as New & Augmentation of 33/11 kV GSS, 33/11/LT underground & overhead Lines, metering, feeder separation, etc. Quality Supervision: Quality monitoring of multiple related works and reporting of non-conformities to Discom Management at Circle-level, Discom-level and PFC/ REC. MIS reporting: Understanding and regular timely reporting through multiple web-based MIS tools for project monitoring as developed by Discom, PFC/ REC, etc. Regular presentations at key progress review meetings Scheme closure: collation of executed works in line with specifications & submission to nodal agencies in specified formats, addressing queries, etc. Facilitation & relationship development: Ensuring co-ordination between PFC/ REC representatives, Discom HQ & Circle teams & representatives of PFC & REC.
