I have been working at Faurecia for over 13 years, progressing from a Graduate Engineer Trainee to a Lead Product Design Engineer, and now to a Technical Lead.My mission is to deliver products that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, while ensuring compliance with Quality and Cost. I work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and project managers, and I collaborate with external partners and suppliers. I also mentor and coach junior engineers and designers, and I contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools. I am passionate about automotive technology and product design, and I enjoy learning new skills and exploring new possibilities.
