- Scrutinizing proposals for layout/building plans, revised layout/building plans, change of use, amalgamation or sub-division of layouts, alterations or additions to building plans, elevation certificates, commencement certificates and completion certificates as per UDCPR. - Identifying illegal constructions, issuing legal notices to them and coordinating with the encroachment department and police department to demolish illegal structures after the notice period. - Addressing public complaints regarding illegal constructions. - Handling court cases related to illegal constructions, including preparing affidavits and providing answers. - Staying updated on government's new development projects and providing guidance to contractors.

- Designing and analyzing RCC and steel structures using Staad Pro, RCDC and Excel sheets.- Scrutinizing and correcting structural drawings including general arrangement, rebar drawings.- Construction site inspection for rebar placement, alignment and overall quality of work.
