With over 20 years of experience in product development, solution design, and go-to-market strategy across industries, I am a business leader and a data and analytics expert who drives HR digital transformation and people analytics at Deutsche Bank. As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, I am responsible for the plan design and administration of pension, and 401(k) plans, as well as the procurement, third party risk management, vendor management, and regulatory compliance of benefits programs.Previously, I was the Dev Ops Lead for the HR Data, MI, and Analytics Platform, where I enabled workforce planning and advanced analytics for the global organization. I have also set up multiple centers of excellence in collaboration with key stakeholders across the globe, leveraging my PMP certification and my consulting and analytical skills.
