If there would have been a contest for 'passionate' learning professionals, I think I would have been one of the top ten finalists! I discovered my passion for training by a chance in the year 2008. As I was a relatively talkative student at my college, I was spotted by the English Teacher (Ms. Geeta) and she asked me a question that changed my life – “Would you like to present a topic to your class “Journey to Behaviour Change?” I quickly said, “YES” and in those few days I had found my passion. After that assignment I met with my computer teacher where I was doing part time course in computer and shown my interest to provide training. He allowed me as guest trainer after evaluating my skills. Within a year I got a job as Process and Soft Skills trainer. Over the course of the next 8 years, I kept on increasing my knowledge and skills via different courses and certifications. I worked with good organizations like IIHT & IIJT as a guest trainer. 2010 to 2011 I associated with NIIT ELS as a freelance trainer, 2011 to 2014 worked with Meru Cabs as subscriber trainer. During this span I also acquired a part time MBA – HR. Year 2014 I made a move from Meru cabs to Securitas India as a corporate trainer. Year 2016, Securitas India promoted me to Sr. Manager training for North and East region, where I am responsible for managing the complete training spectrum of training, with the team size of 17 trainers.
