Assistant Manager Administration
Current Knowledge of SalesForce (Software) Customizes Report Generation, Data Processing. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team, distributing the workload evenly amongst staff. Maintain Attendance Sheet, Employee Tracker, and Offer Letter & Appointment Letter Generation, Joining formalities, F&F, ESIC, PF, and other HR Activities. Responsible for monthly petty cash and Maintain weekly and monthly Expense Report. Responsible for vendor payment, telephone bill reimbursement, travel expense, and other reimbursements. Communicate with vendors on for billing issues, vendor hiring, & other issues. Manage the office management (Housekeeping, Stationary, Vendor Management, IT Vendor, Courier Vendor, and Pantry). Manage administrative office and leading a team of 10+ (customer service, Housekeeping, Field Executives & club ambassador) team and divide responsibilities to ensure performance. Participating in auditing of other projects. Monitoring and budgeting and planning for cost control. Responsible for requisitioning and procurement the office supplies. Reconciling revenue of membership fees, receipts, membership booklets and collateral stock on a weekly and monthly basis. Monitoring inventory of the program collateral stock including, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary. Prepare MIS reports and Maintain confidentiality of all Data and office files records and polices. Manage dispatch team and courier packages and tracking of all POD’s. Preparation of daily, fortnightly and monthly reports. Responsible for preparing Monthly Salary sheet and Monthly incentive structure of every month. Responsible in absence of Manager for mails and other activities. Communicate with Account, Administration, IT, Marketing and other senior departments on the different issues. Communicate with Hotel’s (Account, F&B, IT, and other departments).
