CMET organizes a number of faculty development programs on various facets of Medical education, viz., curriculum planning, teaching learning media, assessment strategies, role of media, scientific writing, and ethical issues in biomedical research. These workshops are targeted to the faculty, resident doctors/nurses and paramedical staff, from AIIMS as well as from various parts of the country and South East Asian Region. I play an important role in organizing these workshops. I also act as Resource Person on media related issues during these workshops. Working at the premier institutes of the country like AIIMS, IGNOU and Doordarshan of India, I gained the experience in the following fields over last 23 years.a) Audio/Video Program Production, all fields of production, including technical b) Developing a material for distance education (Audio/Video/Print/Multimedia)c) Along with the routine production experience, production of various discipline programs provided additional exposure of these subjects, like management, health sciences, engineering, computer, human rights, education etc.
