Tracking, monitoring and controlling of India level projects forecasted v/s actual resource man month, vehicle. Successfully roll-out the GSM mobile network with 1250 BTS sites, w.r.t the existing process with strategic project scheduling & resource planning, cost/ quality control, day to day interaction with customer/vendors for time bound project execution with customer satisfaction, revenue collection by GAC-PAC-FAC, certificates submission/invoicing to the stakeholder for revenue recognition for ZTE organization
