Quality Assurance & Client Servicing Focusing & giving attention to the recurring problems, Root Cause Analysis of customer complaints to give a permanent solution and achieve customer satisfaction. Managing delivery of value added customer service for escalation of client service satisfaction

Work closely with the operations team for the speedy diagnosis to operating faults & network faults and fault rectification. Complete routine O&M activities and troubleshooting procedures to ensure zero downtime. Immediate action in case of any Digital Path or C7 signalling link failure and get them resolved by coordinating with national network operations centre, ILD carriers (i.e. Verizon, MCI, Sprint, British telecom etc) & Field engineers
