Responsibilities: -• Installation of clients and updating system continuously with latest definitions of Anti Viruses Software.• SQL, Oracle Discoverer, and all type of software installation. • Troubleshoot and to sort out the problem related to Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Blackberry, iPhone\iPad checking and LAN\Wireless related issues.• To setting up a system related to TCP/IP.• To configure and install the Windows XP, 2000,2003.Vista and 2008• To check up regular working and monitoring the links and servers.• To check the Polycom Star Phones (Analog phones) for Audio Conferencing.• Installing and configuring the Microsoft Outlook and troubleshoots the problems.• Communicate with engineers and vendors to solve the problems for line down issues.• Installation of VPN and troubleshoot• Taking care of all Data backup & Restoration of Database.• Creating and Managing User’s ID in AD Domain Environment.• Taking care of all the hardware and software requirements of the company.• In charge of physical verification of all company assets as on 31st March every years• Responsible for the timely insurance of all IT equipment and timely renewal of maintenance contracts.• To ensure that pirated software are not used in the company.• Purchase of IT equipment for the company after taking quotations from various Vendors• Responsible for data back up and ensuring of data confidentiality• To provide full IT support to the employees of the company for Servers, Laptops as well as Blackberries.• To take care of all IT reporting and information by HQ• Creation and cancellation of TMS and Outlook ID for the employees• Worked in PC Solutions Client Site From June 2008 to May 2009 Senior Customer Support • Engineer at Headstrong India Pvt.Ltd.
