Good understanding of the US visas like H1B, TN, GC, and OPT. Negotiate salary/ rates in Corp 2 Corp, 1099 & W2 (with or without benefit) and billing terms and also sort out the issues in NCA/NDA/MSA raised by the legal team with the vendor/s or Implementation Partners.*Very much comfortable dealing with US Citizen & GC Holder.*Follow up with the clients for the feedback, handholding candidates till they join the company.
