He has been a Writer, Poet and Tutor from the early childhood. After completing his active academic career in 2011, he started his Professional Career from Jubilant Life Sciences thereafter he joined the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. There, he developed some basic skills such as examination, observation, analysis and reporting, policy development and decision making etc. After working there for almost 5 years, he switched to Entrepreneurship and started his Journey from Retail and FMCG industry. There, he committed a couple of mistakes but learnt from them. As an early entrepreneur, he faced multiple challenges during his entrepreneurship journey. But he faced every challenge with perseverance and converted these challenges into opportunities. Every challenge that hit him hard during the journey gifted him a Series of Skills. He failed several times but bounced back every time. He also went through Struggle, Pain, Humiliation, sacrifices and other tough patches but he have been kept on fighting with the smile enjoying a every moment. He believes that nothing is Negative, it is either an Opportunity or an Experience that will lead us for some skill development. And only these Challenges shaped him into a Business Leader, Motivational Speaker, Business & Life Coach and a Strategist. He is skilled and experienced in Startup Development. And now he enjoys developing others with these Skills. In spite of being bright in academics, he failed several times. Taking it as a challenge and doubling the Goal, he had been chasing the Success. During this period he was guided and mentored by some Senior Bureaucrats and Senior Leaders from Drug Regulation Industry. There, he developed some basic skills such as examination, observation, analysis and reporting, policy development and decision making etc., During this, he was associated with the following:• To regulate the import, manufacture, distribution and sale of drugs and cosmetics.• The administration and implementation of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules, 1945 and Drugs & Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisement) Act amendments therein.• Various statutory matters, appointments & constitution of various Committees under above Acts & Rules;• All establishment matters including Recruitment, promotion and hierarchy for various posts, vigilance, disciplinary, budgetary and financial matters, court related matters, RTI references, Parliamentary matters in respect of the CDSCO & zonal/sub-zone/port offices, CDTL, and IPC, and NIB.• Matters related to IPR and Compulsory Licensing in applicability to licensing of manufacturing of drugs in the country.• Strengthening of State Drug Regulatory System.• Clinical Trials in India, NLEM, IP, NFI, & PvPI.• FIPB proposals for FDI in Pharma sector.• MoUs, SOI and bilateral agreements with foreign countries and organizations and Matters related to International Trade & Health Programmes, pertaining to drugs quality control.• Interaction with WHO regarding to drugs quality control.• Implementation of the Drug De-addiction Programme of the Government of India, administrative and other miscellaneous work relating the Drug De-addiction Centres through the country and release of Grants-in-Aid to these Centres.• Handling of Various matters raised in the Parliament of Union of India regarding the import, manufacture, distribution and sale of drugs and cosmetics.• Various Draft Note for Cabinet.• Various Reports of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committees.
