Responsible for providing a complete one-window solution in the real estate / construction sector in matters varying from acquisition of properties, consultancy services, project management up to completion. Liaison with Govt. authorities for development proposals of clients.

Job Responsibility includedCarrying out multi-disciplinary role in Goa contributing / supporting Business Development, Legal, Architecture, Construction and other functions apart from primary responsibility of coordinating with Liaison consultants in cases related to Company’s land parcels / Projects and proposals under consideration.Coordinate with Liaison consultant for all due diligence / clearances and approvals.Prepare, submit and obtain all kinds of approvals / clearances required in coordination with Corporate office and local partners / consultants.On-site and Off-site coordination with Architects, Consultants, Land Associates, Brokers and different Corporate functions to achieve smooth functioning of local operations.Gather relevant, up-to-date information, policy, circulars and notifications and studying the proposals in the light of the prevailing policies / practices.Build a strong local network of brokers, consultants, land owners and other stake holders, etc. for sourcing vital market information and opportunities and also tracking other real estate developments.

Job profile included…Procurement of properties – coordinating, identification, pursuit and generation of new properties; Interaction with property owners, agents and professional associates;Liaison in regards to approvals as per building bye-laws (rules & regulations);Construction & delivery facilitation to the engineering team for developments and coordination with consultants such as structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.Responsible for team of architectural assistants in developing a project over a property so as to suit client specifications while considering local level authority clearances;Sales coordination
