• Indirect Purchase.• Direct Purchase.• Raw Material as per requirement.• Receiving purchase indent from user dept.• Understand the requirement.• Floating enquiry & following up with suppliers.• Negotiating with suppliers on price & other commercial terms.• Preparing comparative statement after proper analysis of offers both technically & commercially.• Co-ordination with indenting department & commercially corresponding with suppliers on scope of supply & specifications.• Preparing purchase proposal for approved supplier & purchase order with all terms & conditions.• Handling of capital purchase activity.• Supplier Audit & Selection of Potential Supplier.• To assure timely delivery of plant, equipment & materials as per specifications by suppliers & vendors.• Assess the performance of vendors based on various criterions such as price credit terms, quality & timely delivery.• Preparing monthly planning & scheduling for material procurement.• Maintaining documentation to be able to present to Auditor.• Ensure No material shortage for production & support Customer line.
