• Manage project development from initiation to closure.• Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter by outlining higherlevel scope, deliverables, required resources, time estimates.• Create work breakdown structure and work on estimation of effort required for each task with SMEs and Tech leads.• Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.• Maintain task wise risks, dependencies and assumptions.
