Involved from the inception stage of setting up the centre for ages 6 months-6 years. I worked strategically to develop a child safe learning environment. Strongly involved in recruitment of staff (Teaching and support) and their teacher training and professional Development. Developed Curriculum for the Centre with age bands based on the UK's leading curriculum model the EYFS. Managed Innovative events at the centre around the year. Sourcing Age appropriate resources and creating targeted facilitation to achieve a particular goal.

Developed Inquiry based lesson plans for all Transdisciplinary themes(Science and Social studies), English and Math. Worked with students of different learning styles and managed an inclusive classroom. Attended IB workshops , "Inquiry as a curriculum by Kathy Short", "Constructivism", "Differentiation and Scaffolding" to name a few. Was a part of extensive professional development and Leadership Seminars. As a part of the Action team planned and executed School Annual Day, Give back drives, talent shows, Student exhibitions.

Mentored and trained Teachers on different Pedagogy practices, Classroom Management, differentiation, helped them create constructive lesson Plans based on learning styles, assessed and evaluated them in a school setting.
