Major project involves - The Waterfront Integrated Resort projectThe Waterfront Integrates Resort is an International luxury mixed – development project (523 Mn USD) designed to British standards & specifications. The development features are the 800 rooms, 5-star luxury hotel with entertainment, conferencing, exhibition, spa, gym, banqueting, all - day dining, specialty restaurants, 2 residential towers, 1 office tower, waterfront esplanade, landscaping, retail mall, car parking & civil works (Roadways & 6 lane vehicular/pedestrian bridge).Key duties :-- Preparation of sub contractor’s monthly interim certificates based on site progress – coordinates with construction manager’s/ site engineers to analyze site progress, retention calculation, prepare material on site amount with material consumption, joint site progress inspection with cost consultant & sub-contractors, review interim payment applications issued by sub-contractors - Sub-contract Management.- Contractual letters drafting related to variations and claims. - Evaluate the Sub-Contractors’ Variations & claims and negotiate about the final amount- Advise on Contractual matters related to variation issues- Taking off measurements (Interior design, CIVIl, MEP works) & preparation of new rates, documentation and develop variation - Track/ study changes to the Main Contract, identifying the Contractor’s entitlement for variations.- Liaise with Sub-Contract Quantity Surveyors, discuss contract related issues, variations and agreement on the variation cost.- Raise notices and assistance in preparing & submitting Claims & Variations.- Attending commercial meetings with cost consultants, site managers, clients and sub-contractors- Working with a Project collaboration and online project management system (Oracle Aconex).- Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
