Manage virtual courses for Microsoft, also known as MOOCs (massive online learning courses).Key responsibilities would include:- Document control or supervision of documents related with projects.- Keep close contact with stakeholders in regular meetings to report on course progress, completion numbers and discuss strategies to promote courses.- Keep close contact with course moderators on actions they have to take to keep courses running smoothly such as communications and administrative tasks. - Be the point of contact for Tier 2 issues in courses, working closely with stakeholders to keep programs running smoothly. - Additional duties as assigned.

Tasks would include training completion tracking and responsibilitiesrelated to education delivery and planning. Keep close communication with second and third level US and Canada Sales Managers to provide them with team completion reports on education and inform about new educational requirements and plans. Be an early adapter as new tools for tracking, required training and strategies evolve at a fast pace. Be self-motivated with sensitivity and ability to influence others.
