After Insurity's acquisition of Oceanwide, we have started a new exciting phase and we now have a formal "Cloud Performance" team. In this team, I have now taken on a lead position to:- strengthen performance testing best practices , - expand on our product coverage - deepen our result analysis and reporting capabilities.- continue supporting company's automation license procurement - work with cloud performance architect in defining team vision, service offerings, roadmap and produce documentation - work with teams from oceanwide's other sister companies and establish performance engineering practises in their ecosystems as well

In this job position at Oceanwide I took on some interesting and exciting company-wide automation initiatives and acted as a project lead for them. Being in a unique position of a "remotely working" lead with management experience, it gave me opportunities to harness my skills in : - successfully building a very strong and positive rapport with various teams within and outside of the organization - working independently outside of company scrum teams, with strong support and guidance from COO of the company, - taking on automation projects that needed momentum, careful conditioning, effective communication and made them success stories for Oceanwide. - Managed 3 automation analysts, 3 QA team leads and 6 manual testers.- Took over QA team's management and restructured QA team hierarchy to make use of senior team members' experience to lead.- Supervised QA test cycles for manual and automated testing.- Worked closely with VP Operations, Project Managers on team's work distribution and progress.- Represented QA team in release checkpoint meetings.- Executed yearly performance evaluation process for the entire QA team.

Led automation team of 3 covering regression and performance testing.

. Designed and developed functional user interface for "Generative Design System" project funded by "Hexagram Concordia" . Gathered user requirements, designed iterative paper prototypes and high fidelity Java Swing UI prototypes . Presented a conference paper describing challenges faced in this design because of an abstract nature of "Shape Grammar" concept
