I am an 18-year education veteran with experiences in elementary, middle and high school arenas. I have experience writing curriculums for elementary magnet schools, constructing Gifted and Talented cohorts in middle school arenas and constructing Secondary Science curriculums (Richland One and Orangeburg Consolidated). I have been a recurring presenter at area and national conferences, lead professional development for Orangeburg Consolidated School District where I also serve on the OCSD Science Advisory Committee. As the current CSTA Teacher Representative for the state of South Carolina, I have been utilizing my platform as 21st Century Coordinator to promoting CS initiatives in the elementary, middle and high school spaces to build 21st Century learners in this rural demographic.
