Maintains and enhances the organization's Human Resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and Human Resources policies, programs, and practices. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Manages all aspects of the City's personnel function in the areas of training, compensation, insurance and benefits programs, retirement, and workers compensation. Establishing and administering policies, rules and practices while maintaining compliance with employment and labor laws.
