Responsible for the Development, implementation and maintenance of SHEQ Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) This includes Policy determination, process determination, training, identification of business risks, OH & S risk assessments, aspect register, data analysis, coordination of Management Reviews, records, document and data control, coordination of measuring equipment calibration, customer satisfaction and corrective action report data analysis, and reporting results, development of process flows, corrective action implementation and follow-up, analysis data of company objectives for management reviews, etc.Additionally responsible for conducting internal audits as per planned arrangements, as requested forensic audits in areas of concern.Assist as part of panel in interview process.

As member of HACK Management Solutions; responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System which HACK Management Solutions adopted and act as the Management Representative.Development, implementation and maintenance of SHEQ Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001) (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) at various customers. This includes Policy determination, process determination, assist with SWOT analysis and enterprise and business risks and controls, training, internal audits, data analysis, coordination of Management Reviews, records, document and data control, coordination of measuring equipment calibration, customer satisfaction and corrective action report data analysis, and reporting results, development of process flows, corrective action implementation and follow-up, analysis data of company objectives for management reviews, etc. Coordinate enquiries from Dept. of Labour with accidents and incidents that are reportable.Independent third party SHEQ Lead Auditor for various Certification Bodies;Responsible to conduct third party certification assessments on behalf of DQS as Lead Auditor or respectively co-auditor in ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standards at various customers in the mining, petrochemical & gas, general industry and automotive sectors.Additionally the Certification Bodies provided Exchange of Experience sessions with case scenario’s passed and completed and e-learning on standard and certification requirements
