I have worked in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and my success has always been commensurate with my ability to establish and cultivate relationships with people and to observe and understand their needs. I take great satisfaction in helping people and organizations achieve their goals and have managed and trained employees, volunteers, and students to that end. My teaching experience has enhanced my ability to clearly convey information and to communicate adeptly. I am well attuned to the sensitivities of global cultures and traditions. I have collaborated with others to plan and implement events that range in scope from an HIV related community forum to a performing arts award program. I embrace new technology and its continuous demand for management and coordination; I continue to learn new programs and applications which advance the synthesis and analysis of information and its conveyance.
