- Responsible for leading the Operations Team to successfully and efficiently support allclient requests.- Responsible for the consistent and high-quality execution of the entire process,providing direction and guidance to the team.- In addition to performing all of the Operations Analyst requirements, responsible forsetting team goals and delivering against SLA and act as an escalation point for boththe team and business stakeholders.

- In addition to performing all of the Operations Analyst requirement, participate on- Intake daily call to anticipate the data that will be received and prepare Operationsresources.- Review and monitor the operations storage utilization in all regions.- Coordinate and perform archiving and deletion from Nuix workstations and serversfrom all regions.- Create documentation, perform custom reporting and train Operations team memberson storage management activities.

- Confidently handle requests such as processing, custom data loading and productionswith minimal supervision and interaction with Team lead member.- In addition to performing all of the Operations Analyst requirements, focus on highperformance requests.- Consult directly with Project Managers to address questions or issues prior, during orafter processing.

- Responsible for coordinating with intake teams to onboard new data processing andreview.- Understand all documentation standards.- Handle requests such as processing, custom data loading and productions.

- Create and apply Test Cases(monthly) for eTrium User Stories based in SCRUMmethodology using Microsoft Test Manager.- Create and apply Smoke Tests when new version of eTrium and Relativity weredeployed. This procedure included reports.- Apply Exploratory Testing, to eTrium, in order to enhance its performance and findbugs to be communicated to the Development Team.- Apply Quality Control to Imports, Productions and Data Processed.- Collect metrics from Quality Controls applied to OPS deliveries.- Use TFS to track progress in all the task related to Operations.
