Yomari dreams of homes, interiors, architecture, and gardens, and the clients who belong with them. She spends hours walking in the city with her dog, getting to know the neighborhoods and the people living in them, and learning what they love about them and why. She believes that developing and nurturing strong and honest client relationships is the foundation of a successful real estate outcome, and will work tirelessly to match you with the property that is perfect for you, or help you communicate your property most effectively to match it with a qualified, satisfied buyer.Yomari holds a Masters of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition and previously worked in nutrition consulting and medical sales. She purchased her first home in 2011 after an extensive self-guided search, and realized then that she had been selling the wrong thing! After moving from Miami to Oregon to bring her kids closer to her husband’s family, she fell in love with Portland and its neighborhoods and became a real estate agent to realize her true passion for matching people to their perfect homes.Yomari grew up in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, which is her first spoken and written language. Aside from obsessively browsing the MLS and studying market conditions and trends, she also hosts Latin dinner pop­-ups in her home in Montavilla, having amassed a devoted following for her take on the Puerto Rican staple Lechon (roasted pork with crackling skin). In her spare time she loves to listen to true crime podcasts, climb rocks, hike with her dog, read historical fiction, plant new flowers in her garden, and spend time with her kids, husband and too many pets in the paradise that is the Pacific Northwest.

Responsible for menu planning and development, nutrition analysis, pediatric nutriton assessments, USDA and Head Start lunch program trainings, nutrition education lectures and handout development for assigned contracts in South Florida.

Was responsible for sales and territory growth of the NOURISH Home Nutrition Support program in Miami-Dade County. Provided support to hospital discharge teams and doctors in transitioning patients from a hospital/clinical setting to the home setting, as well as education and support to family members and patients. Provided continued education classes and lectures for healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers and dietitians on nutrition support and several other general nutrition topics.

Provided clinical nutrition services for all specialty floors. Was also designated as Oncology dietitian for the hospital and the Miami Cancer Center.
