Training coordinator and instructional designer for the TRACS application (Tracking and Reporting Actions for the Conservation of Species). TRACS is the tracking and reporting system used by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS), Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration (WSFR) Program to capture conservation and related actions funded by its grant programs. Responsible for the full life cycle of training including curriculum development and instructional design, developing eLearning and video-based tutorials, learning management system (LMS) administration, technical writing, graphic design, technical support, and coordinating training at a national level to deliver training in a variety of formats (online, webinar-based and live instructor-led events and train the trainer workshops).

- Training and Support: classroom and web-based training and ongoing support for hundreds of medical professionals at facilities in Colorado, Montana and Kansas (including extensive travel). New associate training for schedulers, registrars, financial counselors, charity and billing representatives and patient access leadership team.- Instructional Design: develop and coordinate training schedules, curriculums and materials including job aide and manual writing, maintain SharePoint and online libraries, insurance training documentation, Policy and Procedure writing in PolicyTech, and e-learning course design in Healthstream Online Learning Management tool. - Testing and Implementation: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) on specialized workflows, provide go live support including system testing, analysis and technical troubleshooting.- Application User Administration: ID and password management for internal applications including Wells Fargo, US Bank, OnTrac/Huron and ClearQuote Price Estimator.- Reporting to Leadership Team: staff auditing and identifying training opportunities, monitoring hospital billing and budget reports, monthly payer mix and status reporting, trending and working denials reports.

- Held Wildlife Rehabilitation License through the State of Colorado Division of Wildlife for small mammals, birds (excluding raptors), amphibians, and reptiles. - Training: Provide training and support for volunteers and interns- Animal Care: assist with daily intake exams, set up treatment charts with instructions for care and diet, maintain medical records, assist with wildlife cage set-up and rehabilitation and release protocols, provide first aid and treatment including fluid therapy, fracture immobilization and wing wrapping, prepare and administer special diets and medication.- Outreach/Education: work with local and state organizations and agencies. Provide outreach and education programs for children and adults on wildlife interactions, humane conflict resolution and conservation/habitat protection.

- Seasonal Veterinary Assistant during high school and college. - Reception Desk: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, order and restock supplies, collect payment for services and products, clean and sterilize cages, surgical instruments and equipment. - Animal Care: Perform basic animal care, prepare special diets, administer medications, teeth cleaning & grooming. Enter medical records into computer data base and kept charts organized.Assist Veterinarian during surgeries and procedures, including safe animal handling.
