This project has two parts; a client, done using C# with Visual Studio, that has a Kinect to map out and track the joints and bones on a human body, and a server that receives commands from the client to move the arms using the Propelling Spin Language. The program is also capable of detecting certain hand gestures that tell the robot to move, stop, and turn.Robot Control From Phone/Tablet: To allow control over the robot from an Android device, the android phone or tablet was connected to the robot through Bluetooth. The robot then transmitted commands from the Android device to the robot, where the embedded program received and processed the commands. This app also had a live video stream from the robot allowing users to see exactly what the robot sees.Telepresence RobotDeveloped the software for a telepresence robot using C++ and Spin where users can control a robot.
