Managed day-to-day operations, including strategy, on-the-ground, in person intervention coaching, process evaluations, data management and ongoing performance management reviews.• Budget management, product management, learning & development workshops, communication plan and creation of new internal policies to comply with audit requirements and industry standards. • Led and managed end to end business change and communication programme in the implementation of a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system across the business, including training workshops, risk management, process mapping. Successfully launched programme within budget and expected timeline.• Manage successful relationships with C-Suite executives on a daily basis, building lasting relationships leading to project extensions and buy-in on proposals.
