Main Responsibilities: Team and System Build: Establish and Manage Integrated Program Team(IPT) , in charge of airframe and raw material product development, including material engineer, structure designers, stress engineers, quality engineers, airworthiness coordinators, procurement and supply chain employees. Set up working instruction, manual and interface management document with regard to on site and remote support for domestic and overseas suppliers.  Program Management: Lead and Organise relative IPT and suppliers to develop the aircraft structure and important raw material, such as nose fuselage, front fuselage, mid-rare fuselage, winglet, spoiler, glass and carbon fibre prepreg, forgings, casting, thick alloy plate. Take the core and crucial role in structure and raw material development which provided by overseas suppliers. Supply Management: Lead and mentor IPT to implement supplier management work, from sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation , PO release, product development, qualification test ,product delivery and supplier performance evaluation, for all aircraft structure, raw materials and some equipment of aircraft. High Level Relationship: Establish and keep close relationship ,friendship and smooth communication with working level and top management level of all suppliers, domestic and overseas, such as AVIC and its subsidiary, Chinese material and private company, FACC, PPG, JPR, AUBERT & DUVAL ALCOA, ALERIS, CONSTELLIUM, CYTEC, TIMET, VSMPO, OTTO FUCHS, TITAL, and etc. Trouble Shooting: Lead and manage IPT and procurement team to find and resolve troubles occurred in aircraft development and batch production phase, such as design change, tooling modification, manufacturing engineering optimization, sub-suppliers issues, quality issues and tight delivery schedule and etc, working closely together with suppliers.

 Team and System Build: Build and lead the team of the procurement and supplier management department, with 120 subordinates, composed of synthesis administration section, planning section, raw material section, structure component section, system and equipment section, quality coordination section, contract negotiation section and Import &Export section. Lead and manage the team to establish the supplier management system, including supplier management strategy, policy, standard working instruction and detail corresponding procedures. Supply Management: Lead and mentor the team, with proper working procedure to implement and accomplish procurement and supplier management routine work for all commodities of aircraft including raw material, fasteners, structure component, system and equipment, from sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation , PO release, product development, qualification test ,product delivery and supplier performance evaluation. Contract Negotiation: Lead and mentor the contract negotiation team, including design engineers, manufacturing engineers, tooling engineers, labour cost analyst ,lawyers and procurement expert, negotiating with suppliers and finalizing the contract. As the chief negotiator, lead the team to finish most of the Long Team Agreement for structures, equipment and raw material, such as forgings, glass and carbon fibre prepreg, alloy plate ,castings. Relationship Establishment: Lead the team to establish the communication channel with suppliers, and enhance the communication efficiency, close relationship and friendship with top management of all suppliers, as well as working level. Import & Export work: Lead the team to implement and accomplish the routine import and export work for aircraft parts, equipment, raw material and other common commodities from overseas or outbound of China. And keep good communication with Shanghai Customs top officials to find solution regarding import and export issues.

 Main Responsibilities:  Team and System Building: Establish the development team for civil aircraft composite components and lead the team to establish a civil aircraft composite parts development system including marketing, sales, contract negotiation, technical coordination, part design, manufacturing engineer, quality, special process ,airworthiness , part manufacturing, test and component delivery.  Marketing and sales : Establish a OEM and MRO marketing team and keep good relationship and communication with potential customers, such as AVIC and its subsidiaries, COMAC and its subsidiaries , domestic airlines and MRO companies, and do the best to find the possibility of cooperation in civil aircraft composite structure component development and MRO, other Chinese civil aircraft and composite parts MRO.  Civil aircraft system building: Lead a team to establish and maintain the OEM and MRO system for civil aircraft composite parts including design engineering, manufacturing engineering, special process, management manual, tooling and qualification of personnel, approved by COMAC and certificated by CAAC upon CCAR Part145 separately.  Program management: Lead and manage the program team to implement and accomplish the program task from design engineering, manufacture engineering, tooling, procurement, part manufacturing and assembly, test and delivery of composite structure parts installed on the civil aircraft. Airworthiness coordination: Establish internal airworthiness coordination organisation and keep the close relationship with officials from airworthiness authorities, such as FAA and CAAC, familiar with CCAR Regulations such as Part 21,25, 145,183,etc.

Main Responsibilities:  Structure design: Structure design and technical support, including model building, drawing release , report compiling such as design report, maintenance manual, technical specification for civil aircraft radome and composite component by CATIA , UG, Solid edge, Microsoft office. Tooling design: Tooling design and technical support for forming mould, assembly and inspection tooling , test jig for civil aircraft radome and composite by CATIA , UG, Solid edge. Strength analysis: structure strength analysis for radome and component ,as well as some tooling. Trouble shooting: Resolve the trouble during the production and optimize the design.
