Such as SMSC(Short Message System),IPTV, video conference, video surveillance, Data center, cloud computing solutions and M2M solutions etc.2.Develop customer relationship through visit customer frequently. Get customer's requirements and present our company's solution to customer. Achieve my sales target. 3.Participate in the tenders. If there has some tenders related to VAS, I will be involved in the tender as project manager. During the tender process, I will responsible for improve the customer relationship, output the proposal and BOQ. prepare all the materials which the project needed and organize all the bidding process.4.After submit the proposal, I will responsible for the clarification and resolve any other issues happy during the bidding. GCC(Global Call Center) Senior inside salesMy role was inside sales in HP, my responsibility include:1.Manage the channel partners of HP. Cooperate with them and give them technical support in some project. Help HP partner win the project.2.Develop new customers and opportunities through the phone. Responsible for SMB(small and middle business) project. Work with outside sales to follow the projects, get customer requirements, improve customer relationship according the phone. Achieve assigned product quota.3.Answer the inbound calls. Manage inbound sales opportunities. Got the customer requirements and give them technical support.

SDH Network Management Senior Software EngineerOptel was a company which develop optical equipment and OEM to NEC. All the NEC optical equipment was OEM from Optel. I was worked in R&D center of Optel. My responsibility as bellow:1.Develop new features and maintain the previous software version for the EMS （element manage software）of our company. We have two EMS versions, one is developed by VC++ and another is developed by Java. I participate in two projects and develop several modules by myself.2.Draft the high level design and low level design documents. Finish programming and debugging as well as the module testing.3.Because the equipments mainly OEM to NEC corporation. So always need to communicate with customer and do some customized development.
