Current● Data systems implementation and management, ensuring effective data collection, tracking and reporting processes across 7 REDF programs. ● Provide user support for Salesforce, Tableau, Dropbox and other applications to 25+ active internal users and to 100+ external users (REDF grantees, Impact lending borrowers and Accelerator Program participants).● Deliver monthly group trainings, ad-hoc trainings and 1:1 coaching on data systems. I document processes: step-by-step instructions, manuals with screenshots and/or short clips.● Improve Salesforce functionalities of more established REDF Programs by studying current practices and designing modifications. Project example: standardization of data collection processes and reporting requirements across 3 REDF Programs.● Determine operational goals for newer REDF Programs by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats.● Ongoing reporting and analysis: Development and implementation of reporting standards and processes. Create reports and dashboards for internal and external audiences.● Manage report & dashboard library, categorize existing reports and train internal users● Work collaboratively with Programs and Development teams to analyze performance, impact, assess data points, etc.● Serve as liaison between Development & Communications and IT Developers: as the ProjectManager, effectively coordinate data and system buildout efforts between these teams● Learning Projects: Maximize the use of external and internal dataset to demonstrate the impact of the social enterprises in the field. Example: Case study on the correlation between upskilling opportunities at a social enterprise & post-SE wage progression. ● Program Evaluation: work collaboratively with RTI International (REDF's external evaluator) and Business Analyst team to effectively implement a multi-year evaluation. Lead on Cost-Benefit Analysis.
