With over nine years of experience in learning and development, I am a senior talent development supervisor at Centro, a leading digital media and technology company. I design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for various audiences and domains, applying gamification principles and techniques to enhance the learning experience and outcomes for learners of all ages and backgrounds.I am also a certified instructional designer with multiple LinkedIn credentials in adult learning, needs analysis, and e-learning development. I have founded and led Skill Me Academy, a social enterprise that provides online courses and workshops on entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal development for underserved communities in Egypt.
