Hair Care Marketing, Maestro Brand MT, Marketing Supervisor Lead Hair Spray (product line) business- Maestro hair spray business growth reached 35% vs. LY, tribble increase vs. market average.- Lead 3-year business strategy & NPD project for hair spray line- Lead all communication campaigns (Digital, ATL, and BTL) of Maestro hair spray. Lead new sub-brand Maestro Men launch project- Responsible for NPD concept plan and manage the innovation process- Make new proposition of Maestro Men, including brand strategy, brand pyramid, brand coreand packaging design- Make communication strategy & plan for Maestro Men In charge of BTL communications of Maestro brand- In charge of all channel materials’ design (POSM, Shelf deco etc.)- Lead brand BTL events and PR events (Distributors’ meeting, pop-up store, Celebrity PRevent etc.) Experience in consumer insight- Rotate in consumer insight for 6 months (half workload)- Take part in brand repositioning: insight on young consumers
