Reducing inefficiencies in all stages of software development (planning, architecture and design, implementation, and quality assurance). Providing "light touch" coaching combined with the opportunities that develop engineers into powerful individual contributors and drive managers into effective leadership.Core Engineering Focus Areas:Producing global-scale real-time big data processing streaming and transformation platform that's growing to meet our customers at every organization size.- Live, low latency enrichment of ~500 million data points daily (in 2024) which we have successfully scaled from ~100 million data points daily in 2023 with zero livesite/incidents.- Streaming event detection leveraging cutting edge research- Growing our hybrid-cloud offerings to provide industry leading features.- Creating winning public and private partnerships that reward our partners AND joint customers.Our Stack:- Everything open source, if it's license is permittable and it meets our engineering bar, you can use it.- Business stack is predominantly gradle, java, springboot, and ELK.
