In 2006, I founded Your Beliefs Matter to help people tap into higher levels of performance and results through accessing more of their minds. I have a passion for assisting and self-empowering people to unleash their untapped potential. I use the latest tools based in neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral science, such as PER-K® and PSYCH-K® to accelerate change. I have conducted over 140 trainings in the US, Australia, New Zealand, Nicaragua, France, and Egypt. I had a rewarding twenty-year career with Hewlett-Packard and was the Director of the fourteen billion dollar US Consumer and Supplies Channel and managed a multi-million dollar budget and extensive organization. I was credited with taking a low contributing organization into an exceptional one. I held various marketing and business development including product management and distribution strategy in Europe and lived in Germany just after the Berlin Wall Fell from 1990-95. I speak German and bit of Spanish.In 2011, myself and 38 visionaries launched the book, "GetYourWomanOn," which became #1 on Amazon. You can read my chapter, Depth of Belief, on my website. I am currently writing the first of a series of my own books focused on the human spirit and the struggles, triumphs and hidden gifts that challenge our generation in living a life true to the essence of who we are - divine.

We designed the first on-line business with the top retailers in the US and created an industry leading program to manage promotions and advertisements with partners.My organization was responsible for channel strategy during the emergence of the internet and created a balanced and effective strategy between retailers and the on-line business.We led the industry in customer purchasing behaviors research and execution into the consumer market.
