Resident Construction Manager
Current1) Responsible for all project contractors oversight, daily management of quality assurance, and safety program adherence, initiating, preparing and chairing meeting for project teams or any other interested parties. 2) Delegates the authority among the project team for execution of project construction.3) Review all work for compliance with contract. identify SOW requirements.4) Establishes project management procedure.5) Develops overall strategic plan to excite the projects deliverable in adherence to the contractor and stakeholder.6) Monitor the progress of all projects functions and reports on their status to the division management and client as required. 7) Responsible and required to maintain through the projects staff a chronological file of project history supported by completion of minutes of meeting and daily log of significant events affecting the project
