Throughout my career, Yousef coordinated and supervised numerous projects in which he gained dependable experience in planning, controlling and monitoring project resources and performances to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables. I lead several IT gap analysis and ERP implementation projects. He was also in charge of implementing Compliance & performance tools in Banks across the Middle East and Africa.Currently, I am the Head of the Professional Services department, responsible for overseeing various modules including Compliance (AML and Risk), Customer profitability, Fund Transfer Pricing, and Financial modules.
