Analyzed claims data on subrogation recovery amount ratio and frequency to determine whether or not subrogation flags should be reviewed based on type of loss.Researched and documented old GLM model in SAS to assist team in the development of an improved subrogation recovery model.Initiated bi-weekly Agile Retrospective meetings and collaborated with various team members on troubleshooting projects in SAS.Compiled monthly reports on claims data KPI's and adapted to major technical issues in the database. Troubleshot code and fixed bugs in SAS code after validating results.Analyzed data and presented findings on trends in automobile shortages due to COVID-19.

Supported the Asset Liability Management team by producing numerous quarter-end reports using GGY AXIS and Excel in a short period of time.Initiated improvement of the documentation for several reports to ensure future efficiency and clarity in producing the same reports.

Created and presented several research projects on topics such as cyber insurance and the impact of COVID-19 on various sectors of P&C insurance.Processed claims data in Excel and assisted in the indication rate renewal calculation process using VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
