Hello. My name is Yash Date. I am currently in my first year of attending UC San Diego. Currently, I am pursuing a B.S. in Economics. I am interested in the geopolitics, economics, and data analytics positions. I have a deep interest in Economics and Politics having read many books on this topic including Let's Split! by Christopher Roth and Art of Creation by Stephen Schlesinger, which address revolutions, international cooperation, and nation formations. Previously in high school, my extracurricular activities included the Model UN club as an officer, volunteering at a refugee center in my area, and working on a public research project regarding historic borders of the East Coast.
