I am originally from Taiwan and moved to Hong Kong after studying in the United States. I have worked in corporations, startups and educational institutions. I am familiar with the challenges of working in demanding work environments, managing teams, parenting and helping families with special needs children.I am passionate about providing psychological support for diverse individuals and groups to rebalance their lives towards healthy change. This will involve exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and learning to handle hardships while moving towards a richer and more meaningful life.Each session is not only for emotional support but for setting treatment plans collaboratively as a team.
