Worked on the biggest project, the Smart Refrigerator, at Jingdong, China’s 4th biggest internet company. Designed the user experience and interaction of cutting-edge IoT (Internet of Things) smart products from 0 to 1.1. Did competitive research, user research, looking for new opportunities to meet user needs and support business strategy. 2. Created personas, user journey flows, sitemaps, and wireframes. 3. Collaborated with product manager, engineers, front-end programmers to build prototypes and conduct usability tests.4. Collaborated with the UI designer on final product interfaces.

As a UX designer working in an Agile environment, I am responsible for the UX design of the checkout process, as well as the “Account Center” section of CDW’s B2B ecommerce website (www.cdw.com).
