1.Establish Zhangjiagang Otsuka Chemical Co., Ltd. in 2004a) Prepare the documents for Business License Application;b) Locate the Factory and establish good relationships with local government department and utilities suppliers;c) Search the domestic facilities producer and raw material suppliers;d) Conduct training to the manager and staffs of factory at the very beginning of operation.2.
