Coding invoices in alignment with the budget and receipting rental payments.Assisting finance manager with financial and audit reports and month-end.Prepare, analyse monthly tenants sales reports and assisting centre managers with monthly management report variance commentary when required.Calculate the owners’ remittance (profit distribution) and maintain office petty cash.General lease admin, review lease contract and liaise with various stakeholders.

Process high volume of invoices for multiple clients. Issue invoices, receipt, and prepare the weekly aged receivable report for various clients.Assisting manager with preparation, analysing data of various accounting report upon clients’ request.Daily accounts reconciliations and maintain bank and trust accounts for various clients.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Responsible for daily accounts payable, receivable and month-end bank reconciliation.Assisting lawyers and financial officer with legal costing activities; Reviewing clients’ files upon settlement of a matter, calculate settlement funds (Lump Sum Bill).Assisting legal teams with legal and office administration tasks on an ad hoc basis.
